About the Community of Leshem

Leshem is a vibrant, diverse communal village in the heart of the Shomron region, brimming with social warmth, chessed, and Torah life. Home to hundreds of families from across all Jewish traditions—professionals, educators, scholars, and soldiers—living in genuine brotherhood and mutual respect. The growing Western Hill requires a permanent spiritual and community sanctuary to anchor its thriving future.

The "Mishkan Achim" Complex Project

The "Mishkan Achim" project was planned with a broad vision of meeting the spiritual and communal needs of the community's residents. It will extend over a spacious site of about 2 dunams and include a building of about 1,000 sqm. The building will house two separate synagogues: an Ashkenazic Hall with 360 seats for men and 110 seats for women, and a Sephardic Hall with 150 seats for men and 50 seats for women. Alongside the sanctuaries, the complex will include a multi-purpose events hall and a spacious kiddush terrace, each about 110 sqm, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, an elevator and entrance lobbies.
